Christopher Mueller | RA | RID | NCARB

As project manager and project architect, Christopher is a trusted leader, working with internal and external teams to facilitate the development and realization of a project. Driven by his passion for supporting those that serve our nation in federal and local government, he has developed particular interest and expertise in government, civic, and municipal architecture. He excels in understanding the practical complexities of putting a building together, paralleling his empathetic ability to put project teams together and inspire the best results from everyone involved. His architectural acuity is bolstered by this rare talent for synthesizing vast stores of information—whether technical design and construction data or professional skills and goals of team members—and distilling it into successful, streamlined strategies. He operates at the macro scale as well as the micro, seamlessly able to manage relations with clients and stakeholders as well as within internal teams, all working towards ensuring the successful delivery of a project.

Mike Jones

With over 50 years of construction experience, Mike’s level of oversight and communication skills are an asset to the entire construction process. As an experienced project manager and seasoned brick mason, he is passionate about safety, quality and cost control. His effective communication with sub-contractors throughout the entire duration of the project ensures client satisfaction is met.

As head of construction for REALIZE, Mike applies his decades of experience to the entire construction process – from safety to schedule and cost control and beyond. He is dedicated to ensuring clients know what’s happening at each step of the build.
